Waitlist Portal

Access to the BCLT Waitlist Portal is limited to registered applicants and authorized BCLT staff. By using the portal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application

• Keep your contact information and household details up to date

• Not share your login credentials with others

• Not attempt to access other applicants' information

BCLT reserves the right to remove or suspend portal access for misuse or provision of false information.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from BCLT, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You consent to receive automated text messages from BCLT regarding your waitlist application, status updates, document requests, and other program-related communications.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on program activity and your application status.

• Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@bolinaslandtrust.org.

• Carriers: BCLT is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues.

Waitlist Disclaimer

Placement on the BCLT housing waitlist does not guarantee housing. Housing availability depends on unit turnover, funding, and eligibility requirements. BCLT determines applicant eligibility and priority in accordance with its policies and applicable program regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the BCLT website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Bolinas Community Land Trust and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
